What Empire Verified is

We are a directory. We help you find providers trained by Empire Medical Training, compare their profiles, prices and reviews, and contact them.

We do not practise medicine. Nothing on this site — including answers in the Q&A — is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and reading it does not create a patient relationship with Empire Verified or Empire Medical Training. Decisions about treatment are between you and a licensed provider who has examined you.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

What “verified” means — and what it does not

A provider marked as Empire-verified has completed training with Empire Medical Training in the treatments listed on their profile, and Empire has the record of that training. Reviews marked as verified come from patients who requested their consultation through this site.

Verification is not a recommendation, a ranking, a guarantee of results, or a statement that a provider is the right one for you. Providers are independent: they are not employed by Empire Verified, and we do not supervise their care, set their prices or control their schedules. Nobody can pay for a better position in the results.

Always confirm a provider’s license and credentials with your state medical board before treatment.

The site is new. While providers are still claiming their profiles, some listings are illustrative examples prepared by Empire Medical Training to show what a profile looks like. They are kept out of search engines and are being replaced as real providers join.

Prices

Prices shown are ranges published by each provider, plus averages we calculate from those ranges. They are a guide, not a quote. What you pay is agreed between you and the provider.

Results

Before and after photos show one patient’s outcome. Results vary with anatomy, product, technique and aftercare, and no outcome is promised here or by a provider.

Accounts

Patient accounts are free and optional; you need one only to see a provider’s phone and email or to save favourites.

• One account per person, with your own email address, which you confirm through the link we send.
• Keep your password to yourself. What is done with your account is your responsibility until you tell us it was compromised.
• We may pause or close an account that is used to send spam, scrape the site, harass providers or patients, or break these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

If you are a patient

Please:

• Give accurate contact details so providers can reach you, and send a consultation request only if you actually want to be contacted.
• Write reviews only about care you actually received, keep them honest, and leave out other people’s private information.
• Do not use the site to send spam, to scrape data, to impersonate anyone or to post anything unlawful.

If you are a provider

Profiles are created by Empire Medical Training after checking your request against its training records. By keeping a profile you agree that:

• You hold a current, unrestricted license for everything you offer, you work within your scope of practice and your state’s rules, and you will tell us if that changes.
• Your profile, prices and photos are accurate and your own, and you keep them up to date.
• You hold a signed photo-release form for every before and after image you publish, and you can produce it on request.
• You will not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, write a review of yourself or a competitor, or ask anyone to do either.
• You use the details in a consultation request only to respond to that request and to care for that patient — never for marketing lists — and you handle them under your own legal obligations, including HIPAA where it applies to you.
• You honor the prices published on your profile for patients who reach you through Empire Verified, and you offer them your best available price for the treatment. Prices are yours to set and change, but a patient who contacts you while a price is published gets that price.
• You respond to patient requests in a reasonable time.
• We may edit, remove or decline content, suspend a listing while we look into a complaint, and remove a profile that breaks these terms. Empire Medical Training does not charge for a profile today; if that changes, existing providers will be told in advance.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish it on the site, to show it in search results and social previews, and to keep showing reviews and answers after your account closes. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

We moderate before and after cases and patient questions before they are published, and we may edit for clarity, remove content or decline to publish it.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement that you own it or act for the owner.

Limits

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that a profile, price, review or answer is free of error, that the site is always available, or that a provider will respond. We are not liable for the care you receive from a provider you find here, or for anything a provider or another user does. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for patients is nothing. Some states do not allow certain limits, in which case these apply as far as the law permits.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and for changes that matter we will say so on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us first will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
