What Empire Verified is

We are a directory. We help you find providers trained by Empire Medical Training, compare their profiles, prices and reviews, and contact them.

We do not practise medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and reading it does not create a patient relationship with Empire Verified or Empire Medical Training.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

What “verified” means — and what it does not

A provider marked as Empire-verified has completed hands-on training with Empire Medical Training, and reviews marked as verified come from patients who requested their consultation through this site.

Verification is not a recommendation, a guarantee of results, or a statement that a provider is the right one for you. Providers are independent: they are not employed by Empire Verified, and we do not supervise their care, set their prices or control their schedules.

Always confirm a provider’s license and credentials with your state medical board before treatment.

Prices

Prices shown are ranges published by each provider, plus averages we calculate from those ranges. They are a guide, not a quote. What you pay is agreed between you and the provider.

Results

Before and after photos show one patient’s outcome. Results vary with anatomy, product, technique and aftercare, and no outcome is promised here or by a provider.

If you are a patient

Please:

• Give accurate contact details so providers can reach you.
• Write reviews only about care you actually received, and keep them honest and free of other people’s private information.
• Do not use the site to send spam, to scrape data or to post anything unlawful.

If you are a provider

By keeping a profile here you agree that:

• You hold a current, unrestricted license for everything you offer, and you work within your scope of practice and your state’s rules.
• Your profile, prices and photos are accurate and your own, and you keep them up to date.
• You hold a signed photo-release form for every before and after image you publish, and you can produce it on request.
• You will not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, write a review of yourself, or ask anyone to do either.
• You respond to patient requests in a reasonable time, and you handle patient information under your own legal obligations.
• We may remove content, or a profile, that breaks these terms, and we may suspend a listing while we look into a complaint.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to publish it on the site and to show it in search results. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

We moderate before and after cases and patient questions before they are published, and we may edit for clarity, remove content or decline to publish it.

Limits

The site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that a profile, price or review is free of error, and we are not liable for the care you receive from a provider you find here. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which for patients is nothing.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
