What the profile actually does
A profile page that can rank
Your page is rendered on the server with your name, city and treatments in the title and the address in the page itself, so it can be found on Google rather than hidden behind a search box. It also feeds the treatment-and-city pages, which is how a patient searching "Botox in Nashville" reaches you.
Your prices, in your words
You publish the ranges you charge and the unit you charge by. Patients arrive already knowing roughly what a treatment costs at your practice, which filters out the calls that were never going to book.
Reviews a patient can trust
After a consultation you invite that patient to review it through a single-use link, so the review carries a "Verified patient" mark because the visit is on record. You can reply publicly to any review, under your own name.
Before and after, with consent on file
Publish your own cases with the timeframe, the units used and the patient age. Consent has to be on file before a case can be approved, and every case is reviewed before it appears.
Answer patient questions in public
Patients ask questions on the site and you answer with your name and credentials attached. It is the cheapest demonstration of expertise there is, and an answer keeps working long after you write it.
Consultation requests straight to your inbox
A patient fills in the form on your page and the request reaches you by email, with their message and a reply-to address. No portal to check, no lead fee, nobody renting you your own patients.
What we ask of you
- List only the treatments you are trained and licensed to perform.
- Keep your prices and practice details current — they are yours to edit at any time.
- Hold written patient consent before you publish a before-and-after case.
- Answer questions as general information, and never diagnose in public.
- Reply to reviews like a professional. Reviews are not removed on request.
What "Empire Verified" says to a patient is narrow and honest: this provider trained with Empire Medical Training in the treatments listed, and Empire has the record. It is not a ranking and not a promise about results, and we tell patients exactly that on the FAQ.
