Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about Empire Verified
General
Empire Verified is a directory of providers trained by Empire Medical Training. You can search by treatment and city, read the prices each provider publishes and the reviews their own patients left, and contact the provider directly to ask for a consultation.
Yes. Searching, reading profiles and requesting a consultation are free, and Empire Verified does not add a booking fee. We do not take a commission from the provider either, so nothing about your treatment price changes because you found them here.
It means the provider completed Empire Medical Training courses in the treatments listed on their profile, and that Empire has a record of it. Every provider is a licensed clinician — physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or dentist — practising within their own scope. It is not a ranking, a certification of results, or a substitute for checking a provider with your state medical board, which you can and should do.
Nobody pays for position. Listings are ordered by how closely they match what you searched for — treatment, city and distance — not by advertising.
For Patients
Every profile has a consultation request form. Fill it in and the provider receives it by email with your message, so they can reply to you directly. You do not need an account, and no payment is taken on this site.
Contact details are only shown to signed-in visitors. That is deliberate: it keeps providers' phone numbers and inboxes out of reach of bots that scrape public pages for spam and robocalls. Creating an account is free and takes an email address.
They are the ranges the provider publishes, and the figures shown by city are calculated from those ranges. Your actual quote depends on how much treatment you need, so only a consultation can give you a real number.
No, and that is the point. After a consultation, the provider can invite the patient to review the visit, and that invitation is a single-use link. Reviews that arrive this way carry a "Verified patient" mark because the visit is on record. Providers can reply publicly but cannot edit or delete a review.
Providers publish them with written patient consent on file, and each one is reviewed before it appears. Results vary from person to person: photos show what happened for one patient, not what will happen for you.
Providers listed on this site, under their own name and credentials. Answers are general information, never a diagnosis, and no provider can tell you what you need without examining you. For anything urgent, call your doctor or 911.
For Providers
Profiles are being rolled out to Empire-trained providers. Once yours is available you can claim it and keep it updated yourself: bio, credentials, practice locations, the treatments you offer, your prices, offers and before-and-after cases. The "For providers" page explains what the profile does and how to ask for yours in the first round.
Nothing today. There is no commission per patient and no paid placement.
Yes. A profile can hold several practice locations, each with its own address, and patients find you from any of them.
You can reply publicly to any review, and your reply appears under it with your name. Reviews are not removed on request; if one breaks the rules — no treatment took place, personal details, abuse — report it and it will be reviewed.
Account & Privacy
When you request a consultation, your details go to that provider so they can answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone else for advertising. The Privacy Policy sets out what is stored and for how long.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to set a new one.
