Do I need filler under my eyes or something else?

I look exhausted even when I sleep well. Dark circles and a hollow under each eye.

Under-eyes are the area where the wrong choice shows the fastest. If the hollow is a true loss of volume, a small amount of filler placed deep can transform it. If the problem is thin, crepey skin or pigment, filler can make it look worse, and PRP, gentle lasers or topical treatment do better. Fluid retention and allergies are also common causes. Any provider should tell you which of these you have before reaching for a syringe.

Good lighting and a magnified photo help a lot here. Patients are often surprised to learn their 'circles' are a shadow cast by a hollow rather than pigment.
